RETURN & ExCHANGE POLICY
Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered, and unworn condition with price tag and invoice, returns will be accepted if delivered back within 3 days from arrival of package and one time exchange only.
All the returns will be subject to the following term and conditions:
1) This policy is only applicable to full-priced item(s) on our website.
2) Items purchased during sales and promotion are non refundable. Items damaged or torn during delivery must be report once parcel delivered and received and it must be returned within 3 days after the report is made. We will replace the item, but it is subject to remaining stock. Goods must be with return form slip.
3) Item(s) can only be returned or exchanged if there is/are any defect(s) found on the item.
4) All shipping costs are borne by the customer, and Lunna are not liable until the item reaches our office.
5) Lunna reserve the right to refuse any refund request if we determine that a customer is abusing our return and exchange policy, and the product will be sent back to you.
6) Lunna is not liable for items that are bought out from any third party. Only returns with correct Order ID will be attended.
7) All refunds and reimbursement will be made in the form of Store Credit into Lunna website account. No cash will be refunded.
